Excel Applies Some Focus

Excel has a new feature call a focus cell. It is useful for large and or wide spreadsheets.

When you work on wide spreadsheets it can be useful to know which row you are on. Excel changes the format of the current row and current column, but in wide sheets this may be as obvious as you need.
The new feature is on the View ribbon and is called a Focus Cell – image below.
I have used a light-yellow colour. You see the effect in the image below.
I don’t use this feature all the time (I find it annoying) only when I am in a wide sheet and I need to know the row I am on.
The Show Auto-Highlight option relates to the Find and Replace dialog.
