Excel has a built-in Template that an generate a QR code- – see how to access it.

This requires the subscription version of Excel.
In the File ribbon tab click on New.
In the Search box type QR.
The QR Code Generator should appear.
Clicking the pin icon (bottom right of QR icon) will pin it to the top of the New section.
Double click the QR icon and the file should open.
Change the URL cell to the webpage you want, and the sheet should calculate and change the QR code.
The other cells have drop downs to tweak the QR code eg colour and shape.
You can save the file and have it available all the time.
Note template this uses Python to create the QR code. Check out cell A2 to see the Python code.
